. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our modern and peaceful house. This 2022 new build features ample amenities including laundry, a well-stocked kitchen, free parking, and more! You will be just a short walk/drive from downtown where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and essentials. Stuart Beach is a 10 min drive and the intercoastal Sewall's Point is a 5 min drive. Our newly-updated house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s tastefully decorated with new appliances, furniture, and finishings throughout. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a full-length mirror, and a private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a pullout mattress. There is a shared full bathroom located in the hallway. Guests will find linens, towels, and extra blankets. The open-concept living room and kitchen makes a great area for hanging out. Relax and watch TV on the couch, or have a cocktail at the bar. Our kitchen is fully-equipped and well-stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal during your stay. The dining table is located in a separate room and seats 6 people. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for pets! There’s also a BBQ and hammock to enjoy! Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am. Guests have access to the entire property. There are a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled. There are parking spaces for 3-4 cars in the driveway and garage. Please do not park on the lawn. The host manages remotely and will only be available via text & calls. We are in a quiet, residential area, located not too far from downtown Stuart. Downtown has great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, and the essentials, such as banks and grocery stores. Everything you need you can find here! Stuart Beach is about a 10-minute drive. What to do in Stuart: - Riverwalk - Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center - Stuart Beach - The House of Refuge Museum Where to eat near Stuart: - King Neptune - Riverwalk Cafe & Oyster Bar - La Forchetta - Gettin' Crabby at the Stern House - Stuart Boathouse We are in a walkable location, about 20 minutes to downtown where you can find all the essentials. If you prefer, driving is also an option. We have parking for 3-4 cars on site. Taxis and Uber are also available. 1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm and NO parties. 2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. 3) Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by the host. 4) We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing & floodlight pointing at the driveway/street. Cameras record per motion-activation & operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.
