WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ This is a true multi-level home - reaching the bedrooms involves several staircases (worth knowing if anyone in your group has mobility needs). ✦ Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 garage, 2 driveway); guests are issued parking placards to display and use only in designated areas. ✦ Winter driving: in snowy months, 4WD or tire chains may be required on mountain roads. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind. HOUSE RULES: ✦ No parties or gatherings - events are strictly prohibited. ✦ No smoking inside the property. ✦ Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors. ✦ Responsible guest: the primary renter must be 25 or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in. ✦ VHR Permit #14-817. ✦ 7-day grace period from the date of booking - cancel within this window and you forfeit only the booking fee. ✦ 60 to 30 days before arrival - forfeit 50% of the rental amount and associated taxes. ✦ Within 30 days of arrival - forfeit all payments, including taxes and fees.
