The community offers a year-round sauna and hot tub, plus a summer pool for your enjoyment. It's the perfect spot for a couple or small family looking for a peaceful retreat. You'll love the location—just a short walk to the Hyatt Casino for dining and nightlife, and only a 5-minute drive to either the scenic Incline Village Golf Courses or the Diamond Peak Ski Area. Pinenut Place is the ideal home base for your Tahoe adventure! Please note: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and occupancy is limited during this time to keep things peaceful for everyone. For security, the primary guest must be 21 or older and will need to provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in. Unfortunately, private beaches in Incline Village are currently closed to non-residents, but you can still enjoy nearby public beaches like Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.
