The barbecue is perfectly sized for preparing your favorite meals, while the patio provides a peaceful space to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Through the window of our fully stocked kitchen (breakfast included), you'll catch a lovely view of our lush mango trees, along with a variety of fruit trees scattered throughout the yard. If you're in the mood for a walk, the neighborhood offers a welcoming atmosphere, or you can take a short one-mile drive to the scenic Blanchard Park, nestled along the Econlockhatchee River. Nearby, Downey Park features basketball, volleyball, a skateboard park, and pickleball courts—with rackets and balls conveniently stored in the closet. You'll also find a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops just minutes away. Most importantly, we're available for you 24/7, ready to assist with anything you need and ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. The air conditioning remote control is mounted on the wall by the door, with usage instructions available. The TV remote, located on the shelf next to the TV, is voice-controlled via Xfinity and offers channels including HBO MAX, Hulu, NETFLIX, and local channels. The kitchen is well-equipped with plates, utensils, cups, pots, and various cooking items stored in both the lower and upper cabinets. For coffee lovers, there is an espresso pot, a French press, single K-cup and drip coffee makers, (coffee, tea and hot chocolate included) with directions found in the small table drawer. A mini fridge stocked with juice, soda, and spirits (items are for purchase$) provided for your convenience and comfort, along with cold beer glasses in the freezer and ice trays. Instruction booklets for all appliances can be found in the drawer under the oven or the table drawer with the espresso machine. Our laundry service is a small charge per basket, clothes are washed, dried and folded.
