The master has a small terrace space. Enjoy best-in-class amenities with a rooftop infinity pool, restaurant, and room service. This romantic condo is several floors above the ocean providing privacy & spectacular sunset views. You will fall asleep to the sound of the surf! Resort amenities include a stunning 50-meter rooftop pool and a tranquil oceanfront pool. Each pool also has a jacuzzi. There is a full-service restaurant & bar on the rooftop that provides casual eating or a romantic candlelit dinner. Room service is also provided if you choose to eat in the privacy of your unit. *Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited. Extra Amenities: Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available. Daily housekeeping for an extra fee. CONCIERGE: The on-site Concierge team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more! The concierge will contact you and assist in coordinating your arrival. RESTAURANT: - The rooftop terrace Restaurant is open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for lunch. -Bar is Open: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm ROOM SERVICE - This service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. POOLS: - The lobby infinity oceanfront pool and the rooftop terrace infinity pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. (Children are not allowed in the rooftop pool) FITNESS CENTER: - Fully equipped, oceanview 7:00 am - 10:00 pm no reservation needed. PARKING: - One parking spot might be available in an underground garage. Please ask the concierge directly. BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach right in front! A resort fee of $310 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) will be collected at the security desk upon arrival. This Facilities Daily Rate is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences, and applies to all reservations. Our on-site concierge is available to help with anything you may need during your stay. - A MXN $310 per night resort fee is required by building administration and must be paid at check-in. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas. - Please inform us in advance if your arrival will be after 5:00 PM, so we can coordinate access and ensure a smooth check-in. - Only registered guests are allowed. The number of guests must match the reservation. - No additional guests or visitors are permitted at any time. - Access to amenities is limited to registered guests only. - The rooftop restaurant is open to all ages; however, the rooftop pool is strictly prohibited for children under 12 years old. The 3rd-floor pool is open to all ages. - No outside food, drinks, or containers are allowed in common areas.
