Cottage 1: One bedroom with queen bed Cottage 2: One bedroom with queen bed and full futon Cottage 3: Studio with queen bed Cottage 4: Two bedroom (queen and two full beds) Cottage 5: Two bedroom (queen and two full beds) Cottage 6: Two bedroom (two queens) Cottage 7: Two bedroom (queen and two full beds) Cottage 8: Two bedroom (queen and full over full bunkbed) Cottage 9: One bedroom with queen bed and queen futon Cottage 10: Studio with queen bed Cottage 11: One bedroom with queen bed and queen mattress in loft Community Room with Eating tables for 30 Game Room with Foosball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, TV with Surround Sound Fire Pit Playground Clam Digging Clean Up Room (outdoor showers, burners, etc) 1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. 3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. 4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. * Violations of these above guidelines may incur a charge of $200, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund. 5- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 6- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement. 7- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost. Shipping + handling fee must be prepaid before shipment. 8- Check out procedure: - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labelling. - Run the dishwasher if needed. - Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin. - Place all used towels in the washer and start a load. - Close all windows and lock all exterior doors. 9- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship it back, it will be $50 plus actual shipping cost. 10- No claming and oystering at private beach 11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.
