Skip the three hotel rooms! This home is built for two families traveling together, with a resort-style backyard everyone gets to share. Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom & direct backyard access • Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed • Bedroom 3: King bed • Bedroom 4: Queen bed Every bedroom has its own smart TV, so winding down at night is easy. The kitchen: Whip up pancakes on the high-end stainless appliances, pour a cup from the drip or Keurig, and gather everyone around the big island. The open living room flows right into the kitchen and dining area, with a 65" smart TV, a plush sofa, and expansive windows looking out to the backyard. The backyard: This is where the magic happens! Shoot hoops on the basketball court, sink a putt on the mini golf green, and settle the corn hole, horseshoes, and bocce rivalries once and for all. Pool volleyball, floaties, loungers, and umbrellas keep the pool party going all afternoon, and the string lights make evenings on the patio feel like a real resort. Who it's for: Families and groups of up to 9, with a pack n play and high chair ready for the littlest guests. Just a heads up that two full bathrooms (both shower/tub combos) are shared across the four bedrooms. Our local Home Team crew is just a message away throughout your stay, so you can kick back, fire up the grill, and soak up that Arizona sunshine! The entire home and resort-style backyard are all yours to enjoy! The only exception is a few locked owner's closets. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. . Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that dogs be crate trained and that you pick up after them. We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. An exterior security camera is installed in the driveway for quality and security monitoring purposes. Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! Just so expectations are set, the heater warms the pool about 20 to 25 degrees above the outside temperature, so on cooler nights the water may be a little less toasty than you'd expect. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival. Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out. Food & drink: About 5 to 10 minutes to plenty of restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Shopping: Arrowhead's main shopping area is roughly 10 minutes away. Game day & events: State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District are about 20 to 25 minutes away, perfect for football, concerts, and big events! Spring training: Several Cactus League ballparks are within about 15 to 30 minutes, making this a fantastic home base come March! Outdoors: Desert hiking trails are close by, and Lake Pleasant is about 35 minutes north for a day of boating and paddling. A car is the easiest way to explore the Valley, and the driveway fits up to 4 cars with street parking available too. Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away.
