This spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is part of a new development in Hull town centre. The bright and stylish interior has been finished to a high standard with modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings throughout. It is located on the historic and secure site of a former Hull brewery. The apartment will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities required for up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable break in the heart of Hull. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings.
