The interior has been elegantly finished, featuring comfortable furnishings and all the amenities needed for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, within easy reach of both Manchester city centre and Salford - The ideal base for the city!! PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is equipped with sprinklers that are sensitive to heat and smoke - please be careful when cooking and make sure to use the extraction fan and open a window. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
