The apartment features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in a home away from home, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern bathrooms, 2 comfortable double bedrooms and high speed broadband throughout. The convenient location means the city and most of it's attractions can be easily explored on foot. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
