Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Street parking has strictly been limited to no more than two vehicles parked in front of the home only and not blocking any other property. This includes at night as well. We have room for four vehicles between the driveway and the garage so these should be utilized first. Additionally, there is a strict compliance for 9 pm quiet hours both inside and outside while on premises. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving, renting, or taking an Uber is the best way to get around town. We want you to enjoy your stay! ARRIVING: This home is in the Stoneybrooke neighborhood in East Montgomery. Coming from Montgomery, proceed to exit 11 off of Interstate 85. Turn left off of the exit, a right on to Technacenter Drive, and another right on to Atlanta Highway. Proceed roughly 1 mile to Stoneybrooke neighborhood on the left (Stoneybrooke Way). Drive straight through the neighborhood and turn right on to Duncannon Trail. It is the fourth house on the right. Park in the driveway and please try not to block the sidewalk. Whenever you leave the house, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE EXTERIOR ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.  DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. WIFI: Details for it are provided upon entry into the property. SLEEPING: There is are two king beds, two queen beds, and an air mattress that can sleep a total of 10, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.  TV: This property has Smart Tv's with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in.  Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved. PLEASE NOTE:  CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM.  The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
