Set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, this inviting retreat offers two plush king beds, modern appliances, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. Before confirming your booking, please note that guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the reservation process. This agreement includes important information about your stay, such as house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and other essential details. Property Setup Please note that there is a other apartment located at the same address, and other guests may be staying during your reservation. However, your rented space remains private and exclusively yours. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever our schedule allows. These are offered at $20 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible to check availability and request an extension. Shower Details The shower has a compact design with lower head clearance, which may be less comfortable for taller guests. Water Pressure Note You may notice slightly reduced water pressure in the shower when the downstairs washer is in use. Once the washer is off, the water pressure returns to normal. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented.. Park outside the fence and enjoy any of the exterior grounds. This apartment has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola. Address: 1601 E Cervantes Street, Apt C, Pensacola, FL 32501. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn't have a problem. ARRIVING: This home is in the historic East Hill neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Parking is outside the fence on the N 16th Street side. Please park on the grass in front of the fence and enter the gate. Apartment C is the apartment up the stairs to the second floor. The apartment is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. WIFI: Network - Setup - 9365 Password - design4229elect SLEEPING: There is a king bed in both bedrooms and a fold out sofa in the living room that can sleep a total of 6, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you. TV: This property has Smart TV's with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
