Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. You will be provided with a unique code that you can use to access the property via the electronic deadbolt. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. This space was recently restored with all new interior paint, hard flooring, new shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and white speckled granite countertops. It's one of the few studios that you'll see that includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The décor is a farmhouse, cottage theme inside and out with a few modern touches including a Samsung UHD Smart TV and all new cooling gel memory foam mattresses. Welcome to Montgomery! ARRIVING:  This unit is part of a small apartment community called The Cottages at the corner of Herron Street and Whitman Street. Parking is in rear of the building although one vehicle can be parked on the street overnight. 127 Whitman is the left apartment in the duplex on the corner of Whitman and Herron St. Type the code provided to unlock apartment. Whenever you leave the apartment, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.  DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures are located on the door. WIFI: Network: Dreamline Suites Guest Password: enjoythestay23 SLEEPING: There is a queen bed as well as an air mattress that can sleep a total of 4, if needed. The linens and pillows for the mattress are in the bedroom closet or stored in the coffee table.  If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.  TV: This property has a Samsung UHD Smart TV with Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:  Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in.  Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved. PLEASE NOTE:  CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM.  The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
