Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. You will be provided with a unique code that you can use to access the property via the electronic deadbolt. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. ARRIVING:  This unit is part of a small apartment community called The Cottages at the corner of Herron Street and Whitman Street. Parking is in rear of the building although one vehicle can be left on Whitman Street overnight. 123 Whitman is the right door of the left duplex facing Whitman Street. Type the code provided to unlock apartment. Whenever you leave the apartment, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.  DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures are located on the door. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:  Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in.  Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved. PLEASE NOTE:  CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM.  The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
