Our comfortable**** guest house for max. 4 adults and 2 kids is there to pamper you guys. This on a large nature domain of 1.7 ha. with a vineyard, orchard, food forest... where you can walk freely and enjoy all the biotopes on the property. You can make unlimited use of our natural swimming pool. OPTIONAL: unlimited use of the wood-fired barrel sauna and hot tub: €98 per day, €138 per weekend or midweek, €210/week (payable on site). Or rent per turn. The space The guest house for 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children!) is completely for you private. The house on Natuurterrein ‘t Heuvelhof is located 2 km from Dranouter village, along a quiet dirt road, right on ‘de schreve’. Downstairs there is a living space: large seat, round table with four chairs, a wood stove, bluetooth music system, flat screen with Netflix. There is also a cozy room with pillows, extra flat screen, books, games... Furthermore, a kitchen: with induction stove, hot air oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, orange press, toaster, croque machine, dishwasher... a bathroom with sink and walk-in shower (with eco shower products), toilet and entrance hall. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160x200). Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200 and 180x200cm). The beds can also be converted into single beds. Made-up beds with quality organic bedding, bath and kitchen towels are included in the price. There are 2 terraces at our guest house: breakfast in the morning sun at the front, enjoy the sunset at the rear in the afternoon and evening on our spacious terrace. On the terrace is a free fire bowl with tripod bbq available to sit around the fire in the evening. You can also OPTIONALLY use the wood-fired hot tub, completely private on your terrace. You may swim unlimited in the natural swimming pool with natural source water during your stay. If desired, and optional, you can make unlimited and private use of the wood-fired barrel sauna on the pool or the ice bath of 3°C (summer)... The hot tub and sauna are fired up with wood. We have no influence on weather conditions… We also have a space to place bicycles, and other large equipment. E-bikes can be charged for free. Combination of other accommodation options at the Heuvelhof possible. In high season, the Nature Reserve is also open for camping. **** With a comfortable guest house, we do not mean that all contemporary ‘luxury’ comfort is present. But the luxury of simplicity, sobriety, natural quality materials, silence, natural surroundings, natural elements, warmth of a wood stove, beautiful vistas, a nature reserve for hiking, a vineyard for picnics, the beautiful Heuvelland... And, of course, the wood-fired barrelsauna & hot tub and our natural swimming pool. Doing things you don't do at home. Sometimes with “a corner.” WiFi available. Guest access There is a private parking on the right of the driveway for a maximum of two cars There is a phone call at the door. You can enter and exit the stay freely through the front or back door. Other things to note In order to give our other guests a nice experience, we ask for your cooperation. * Please leave on Friday before noon, on Sundays before 4 p.m. * The outdoor sauna and hot tub are fired up with wood. We have no influence on the weather conditions… For the outdoors! * Leave the lower floor brush clean. If necessary/used: - empty the dishwasher and put all kitchen utensils back in place in the cupboards. - clean the kitchen worktop and stove. - Wash the fridge and oven clean. The other cleaning work is of course done by us. - Waste sorted offer in the provided waste bins. - Turn off all electric heaters downstairs on departure. - No shoes on the upper floor. * We provide bed linen, bath-kitchen towels, for dish soap, pepper/salt, toilet paper, coffee... * Are there any flaws? Did you break something? Can happen, no problem. Inform us of this spontaneously, please.  * There is a private parking for a maximum of two cars.! !!IMPORTANT: extra consumption (extra wood for fire bowl and drinks, sauna, hot tub…) must always be paid in cash, so no electronic payment systems!
