Noise Monitoring For insurance and property protection purposes, a noise monitoring device is installed at the property. The device monitors noise levels, detects indoor smoking and vaping, and alerts us if it is removed or tampered with. It does not record conversations or invade your privacy. 6. Respect Quiet Hours Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Please be considerate of our neighbours at all times. Tampering with or removing the monitoring equipment is strictly prohibited. 7. Self-Catering As this is a self-catering property, we ask that all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils used during your stay are washed, dried, and put away before departure. 8. Damages Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged or missing items. 9.
