Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. We take your safety very seriously. To ensure the well-being of everyone, we kindly request that all guests be registered. Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property. Damage Waiver Fee: Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following: • Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) . • Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Damage caused by automobiles. • Damage to personal items • Theft or lost items • Damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
