Nice modern cosy stay 15 mins walking from the City Hall. Two TVs in the property with BT Sports Channels and Netflix. The password for the wifi will be on the side of the fridge in the living room. The nest heating thermostat can be found on the left when you step in to the living room. You just have to set up your desired temperature by turning the know left or right. There is BT sport subscription and Netflix as on the TV. I hereby declare that I understand the house rules and I agree to respect them, as well as the accommodation rules: Parties are not allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in the outside back garden area. Silence must be respected from 10 pm to 7 am. It is not permitted to access the house if you are not on the booking. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be on PayPal, Revelut, Transfer Wise or Bank Transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
