Welcome to The Peacock Place, a stunning, upscale ranch-style home nestled in the heart of Tampa’s peaceful Wellswood neighborhood. Perfect for families, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a luxurious escape, complete with a heated swimming pool, smart TVs in every bedroom, and a screened-in pool enclosure for year-round enjoyment. Known for its quiet streets and free-roaming peacocks, Wellswood provides the ideal backdrop for a relaxing, family-friendly stay. The Peacock Place combines modern elegance with family comfort, offering ample space for both relaxation and gathering. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for preparing meals and spending quality time together. Pool heating is available upon request during colder months. Guests have full access to the entire home, including the heated pool and private backyard. You will receive a unique door code for seamless entry, active for the duration of your stay. We’re here to make sure your stay at The Peacock Place is as comfortable as possible. While communication through the booking platform is our primary method, we’re also available via phone or SMS if you have any questions during your stay. - Pool towels and pool toys are provided for your use. - Pets are allowed with a fee. - Pool heating is available upon request during colder months. Home Access - Upon booking, you will receive a link to our secure Guest Check-In Form. This form must be fully completed prior to check-in; failure to do so will result in not receiving the door code and check-in instructions. - Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM - If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Parking - Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited. Use only designated parking areas. Smoking & Parties - No parties or events are allowed. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. - Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. - A designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. - Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Pets - Unfortunately, our homeowner is deathly allergic to cats and, therefore, can not accept cats in this home. - Maximum of two pets are allowed with pet fee. - House-trained, groomed pets are welcome with prior notification. - A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days) applies. - Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. - Post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional charges. - Pet dander may still be present despite thorough cleaning efforts. Security & Maintenance - Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for safety and are not actively monitored. - Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. - Trash sorting is required; valet trash service is provided. - Allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve any reported issues or missing amenities. Specific House Rules - Quiet Hours: 8 PM to 8 AM. Loud music and disruptive noise are prohibited during these hours. - Dishwasher & Laundry: Avoid running appliances when not present. - Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact us in advance for additional guests. - Property Care: Dispose of sanitary products in bins provided. Misuse leading to plumbing issues may incur fees. - Security Devices: Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. - Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Pool Rules - No lifeguard on duty: Swim at your own risk. Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Prohibited: Food, drinks, glass, and pets are not allowed in the pool. - Safety: Do not run, dive, or smoke around the pool. Do not use the pool during lightning storms. Do not urinate in the pool. Guests are not permitted to use or add any chemicals to the pool. Extra Services & Fees - Pets: $100 per pet per stay (or per month for extended stays). - Professional Shoots: Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee. Contact us for details. - AC Usage: Maintain the temperature between 68-80°F. Setting the AC below 68°F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Additional Notes - Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. - Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied. Please let us know in advance if they are needed. ⚠ Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
