Family Lodge for 12 guests + sauna

("Blue Lakehouse lodges") The fantastic cozy wooden sea house is located next to Janowskie lake in Poland. We offer house (ground floor and 1st floor- 140 m2 ) for up to 12 people . A balcony - loggia as an extension of the living room welcomes you with a great view of the birch forest and the lake . The property ( 5400 m2 ) with a 100m shoreline, sauna, kayak, table tennis, stand up paddling and outdoor firepit. Deposit 500 zl. The space To sleep on the ground floor: * a bedroom for 2 pers. (1.60m bed), * a bedroom with sleeping platform for 2 people, and bed (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people. * In the living room there is the possibility of a large, comfortable pull-out sofa for 2 people. to sleep (1.80x2.00m). For sleeping 1st floor: * 1.60 m wide bed * and a comfortable, high quality pull-out sofa Additional costs for dogs/cats = 150 zl./stay Guest access The Key will be left at an agreed place. Other things to note For your free use:  - 1 kayak with paddles for 2 persons - 1 stand up board (SUP) - badminton net and rackets  - slackline - outdoor table tennis - the veranda and the terrace can also be shared - sandbox with some toys for children - fully equipped kitchen - mosquito net - baby cot and baby chair can be added, if necessary (please specify your needs together with your booking) SAUNA WITH A LAKE VIEW: We take a small extra charge for electricity and cleaning. Costs depend on own electricity consumption. The average consumption for an hour is about 8 kW. Costs from Kilo Watt = 3 PLN. Final cleaning and washing of sauna towels = 50 PLN.
