("Blue Lakehouse lodges") The cozy wooden lake house is 50 meters from the lake. I offer the whole house (ground floor and 1st floor about 140 m²) for 12 people. A balcony and a veranda as an extension of the living space welcomes you with a stunning view of the birch forest and the lake. The property (5400 m2) with 100 m lake access, beach, shared fire pit, kayak, rowboat and stand up board, and table tennis leaves nothing to be desired. Security deposit of 500 zl. before arrival. Sauna for a small fee. The space We offer a vacation home with an open living room (dining and cooking) and 3 bedrooms. The house has 2 separate entrances, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with various extras. There are large built-in closets in all rooms. In the living room, a natural stone wall with an integrated open fireplace forms the cozy highlight. The modern kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and oven. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a round window with views of the countryside. Around the house, the wooden terrace with veranda invites you to linger. For sleeping on the ground floor: * one bedroom for 2 people (1.60 m bed), * a bedroom with sleeping platform for 2 people, as well as a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 2 people. * In the living room there is the possibility to sleep on a large, comfortable pull-out sofa for 2 people (1.80 x 2.00 m). For sleeping on the ground floor: * a bedroom for 2 people (1.60 m bed), * a children's room with 1 bunk bed for 2 people, as well as a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 2 people. * In the living room there is the possibility to sleep on a large, comfortable pull-out sofa for 2 people (1.80 x 2.00 m). For sleeping on the 1st floor: * 1.60 m wide bed * and a comfortable, high-quality pull-out sofa Additional costs for dogs/cats must be paid in addition before booking. Per animal 150 zl./stay Guest access All rooms are at your disposal. The key is stored. The costs depend on your own electricity consumption. The average consumption for one hour is about 8 kW. Cost per kilowatt = 3 PLN. Final cleaning and washing of sauna towels = 50 PLN.
