Nestled on a private one-acre lot just minutes from the Design District, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami, this modern 7-bedroom villa is built for group getaways, family reunions, and celebrations that need room to breathe. Guests can unwind in the heated saltwater infinity pool, relax in the private sauna, get a workout in at the home gym, or challenge each other on the private putting green and basketball hoop. Living Room & Game Room The open-concept living room looks out over the pool and centers around a big sectional couch and a 75" smart TV, perfect for a movie night with the whole group. The adjoining game room adds billiards, ping pong, a six-game arcade machine, and a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. Outdoor Space The fenced, tropically landscaped backyard includes the heated saltwater infinity pool (open 24 hours, available year-round), a private sauna, a home gym with a stationary bike, yoga mat, and free weights, a putting green, basketball hoop, fire pit, gas grill, sun loungers, pool toys, and a large cooler for keeping drinks cold. Kitchen Recently upgraded with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, the kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for cooking at scale. Seating is available for six indoors and six outdoors. Bedrooms Seven bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests comfortably, including a second wing for added privacy. Highlights include a Tempur-Pedic king bed with a private patio and fire pit, two rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and Smart TVs in every room. Need more space? A foldable couch and two single beds can be added with 24 hours' notice. Bathrooms Five full bathrooms feature walk-in showers, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries, with one located poolside for convenience. Hosted by the property manager, we're happy to help arrange yacht charters, exotic car rentals, or a private chef for special occasions during your stay. Good to know: pool heating is available for a $300 fee (48 hours' notice required); pets welcome for a $250 fee; quiet hours after 10 p.m., no parties or smoking indoors. The guests will have access to entire property. I am available 24/7 for any questions. The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
