Your Private Romantic Farm Retreat During your stay, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the beautifully appointed Barn Silo, including your king loft bedroom, spa-inspired bathroom, private outdoor soaking tub, second-story balcony, and personal fire pit. Step outside and experience the peaceful beauty of our family farm. Guests are welcome to enjoy the surrounding grounds, relax beside the freshwater ponds, watch the geese, and take a leisurely ride together in our rowboat. Horses and cattle graze in nearby pastures, adding to the charm of this authentic Southern Utah farm stay. For everyone’s safety, we ask guests to admire the animals from outside their fenced areas. The Barn Silo is one of two thoughtfully designed luxury retreats on the property. Each offers its own private accommodations and outdoor spaces, allowing couples to enjoy a peaceful and intimate getaway. Please note that the loft bedroom and balcony require climbing stairs. As this is an active rural property, some outdoor areas and farm facilities are not available for guest access. The neighboring communities of Orderville, Kanab, and Springdale offer restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, fuel stations, and other conveniences. We recommend purchasing groceries and essentials before arriving, particularly if you’re planning a quiet evening enjoying your private silo. The loft bedroom and upper balcony are accessed by stairs, so please use caution. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and adjusting the heating or cooling when leaving for the day. Please keep doors and windows closed when the heating or air conditioning is running. Private Outdoor Soaking Tub Your outdoor soaking tub is one of our favorite features! Enjoy a peaceful soak beneath the stars, and please follow the posted instructions for proper use. For safety, avoid glass containers near the tub. Fire Pit & Outdoor Spaces Enjoy cozy evenings around your private fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended, and ensure it is completely extinguished before going inside or leaving the property. Please observe any posted fire restrictions. Freshwater Ponds & Farm Life You’re welcome to enjoy the beautiful ponds and rowboat. Please use caution around the water and wear a life jacket when boating. Swimming is not permitted. Our horses and cattle graze in nearby pastures. Please admire them from outside the fences and avoid feeding or entering areas with livestock. Farm gates should remain closed. Respecting the Peaceful Setting The Barn Silo is a romantic retreat designed for two. Please respect the privacy of guests staying at our neighboring Loft Silo and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. Smoking is not permitted inside the silo. Before You Depart Please wash any dishes you’ve used, gather your belongings, and leave the silo reasonably tidy. Be sure all fires are extinguished and doors and windows are securely closed.
