This daylight basement apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. You will only be a short 5 min drive to downtown to wander around the many new restaurants and food trucks (Common Fields) that have opened on River Front, 1,2, and 3rd st! Boutique shopping, 45 min to Eugene Airport, 1 hour to the Oregon Coast or 15 min to Finley Wildlife Refuge! So many possibilities! Need more space? Inquire about renting the top 3 bedroom home too and have the entire house! This is a pet friendly home with a newly updated fully fenced yard! **Please note because this is a basement- you should expect some noise transfer. Please inquire first to check if there is a booking in the unit above and size of the group if you might be sensitive to noise. This is priced to accommodate for it being a downstairs unit.** There is one other short term rental unit on the main two floors of this home. Nothing however is shared, except driveway and backyard. All units have their own private entrances. All areas are SECURE and private. I am available thru text or phone. Sometimes you may see me or my husband around the property. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. We can offer references to local business's and services you may need while staying. From Haircuts, Real Estate agents, Photography to Massage! Just ask! Please note that because of this property's convenient location, you may experience road noise. Located a short drive to OSU! Walk or drive the 5 minutes to town, with easy access to main streets in Corvallis for shopping or hopping onto main highways. Public transportation is available making it VERY easy to be in downtown Corvallis in 5 min, with easy access to hwy 99, Hwy 34 and 9th street with many business' in Corvallis. Just 10-15 min from hospital, 5 minutes to shopping and groceries. Please note that because of this property's convenient location, you may experience road noise. Note: Correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Pet Policy: This is a pet friendly home with newly updated fully fenced yard! We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. Enhance your stay today!
