Our Urban Rustic Getaway is nestled in Corvallis Oregon. It’s a wonderful home built at the turn of the century, with all new renovations and finishes! Lots of light and open space to enjoy treasured time together. Sit in our cool vibe front room, or gather around the expansive chef's kitchen island! Beautiful location with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Gourmet cook? No problem! the kitchen is fully ready to make cooking a breeze! 3 min to OSU. Minutes to downtown, 1 hr to the Coast! Events & pets with approval only. Fees apply Note: Correct pricing is based on correct guest count. One of our newest location. Full and freshly remodeled with new high performance appliances, furniture, everything really! Located in the heart of Corvallis, you'll feel very much at home. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, or fun nights out, walking back home. This property is decorated in a vintage modern vibe with the luxury flair. You'll feel like you are on the set of HGTV! The kitchen has ample preparation space, is fully stocked and large refrigerator to for long summer stays, or while hosting a reunion or party. These of course will need prior approval with guest count and nature of party. We respect our neighbors and want to keep good relationship with them. One of the few places that will host your pets, for a small pet fee. You'll have access to the entire property! No shared spaces. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. Located in the shadows of OSU! A short walk to campus activities or to visit your students, but far enough away to not be right next to all student housing! Walk to town, easy access to main streets in Corvallis for shopping or hopping onto main highways. Off street parking as well as on street parking. mature landscaping thru out the neighborhood creates a beautiful setting for walks, runs, biking or strolling! Oh! and you have to try Death by Donuts, forget about VooDoo, it's got nothing on this local favorite Public transportation avail just a block away This location makes is VERY easy to be in downtown Corvallis in 2 min, Easy access to hwy 99, Hwy 34 and 9th street with many business' in Corvallis. Just 5-7 min from hospital, shopping, groceries. Parking only available on the street or in the driveway (room for 1 vehicle and we recommend backing in for convenience and safety). Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. Enhance your stay today!
