Step back in time with this beautiful Historic 1900s home. Recently finishing renovations to include all the modern amenities. This beautiful home has a brand new full gourmet cooking kitchen, and two and half bathrooms. With two comfy king sized beds, one queen, a tranquil garden room, pool table room, and cozy living room. Located across from an elementary school and part of the Historic Monteith District Tour, this home is a beautiful testament of quality construction and elegance brought back to life. This listing comprises the entire main floor and top floor of home. Please note there is a basement unit (with a separate entrance) that may be rented out during your stay. For all guests' comfort we do set quiet hours between 10am and 7am. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. We can offer references to local business's and services you may need while staying. From Haircuts, Real Estate agents, Photography to Massage! Just ask! Within Albany's downtown district, you can enjoy the Antique mall, tons of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, and the beautiful Historical Carousel and Museum. With the Willamette river nearby, visit Monteith River park, home to summer River Rhythms series, and cool off in the New city Splash pad! Note: Correct pricing is based on correct guest count. With an ADA friendly unit on property, the driveway is available on a first come-first serve basis with priority going to to any ADA needs. If you'd like exclusive use ask us how to reserve it for your stay! Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. Enhance your stay today!
