Nestled on a sprawling 5.6 acre estate in the foothills, this is the perfect refuge for family reunions, events or retreats, multi-generational gatherings, or any escape with friends. With 8 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and space to roam, it’s designed to feel like your home away from home. Relax in style with: - A large eat-in kitchen where cooking and conversation flow - A cozy billiards room and inviting lounges for lazy afternoons - Expansive outdoor space — ideal for dinner under the stars or just wandering in nature - A multi-use pickleball court to ramp up the competition - A scenic hot tub to melt all your troubles away Bring your group, bring your pets (yes, pets are allowed in the basement unit!), bring your plans — we’ve got you covered with all the amenities you need. Welcome — let’s make your next getaway one to remember. A couple quick notes: - Please note there is a separate rental unit above the shop in the back, located in a detached building. You may see members of our team, our maintenance shop is also on property. You may see service vehicles on site, to obtain supplies to service other properties. - Need more privacy? Interested in renting the entire property? Inquire here! There is a beautiful loft/studio unit in a separate building on property. All outdoor amenities are shared with this unit EXCEPT for the hot tub and fireplace which you have exclusive use of. - Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. $80pp/NT Enhance your stay today! Must be booked FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee of $10 to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged. Pet Policy: Please READ carefully! We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Please note pets and animals (including service animals) are permitted in the two bedroom basement unit ONLY. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. Please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. -All parties/events are subject to approval, charges may apply.
