Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! 1 Block to Main Street for Bike Week & Biketoberfest! Daytona International Speedway is only 10 mins away! (4 miles) Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away! Guests must contact host if they are wanting to bring a trailer or motorcycles before booking. If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. Fully fenced in yard! Please keep dogs on a leash for the safety and respect of other guests. Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well. Home built in the 1930s, but fully renovated with lots of charm! No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Parking is only allowed in the designated on-street parking area on the street behind the property (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic. Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill $15 pet fee per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets. A separate $15 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. Proceed North for about 1 mile until you come to Auditorium Blvd, then take a right. Finally, turn left onto N Hollywood Ave in 100 yds. The apartment is the first set of buildings on the left. The building is a peach color and your apartment is on the left (South) when looking at it from the street. Temporarily park on the street with your hazard lights on & drop off your bags at your apartment. Parking: 2 parking passes provided. There will be a visitor parking pass on the kitchen counter for you to hang in your vehicle during your stay. THE PARKING PASS IS TO BE RETURNED TO THE APARTMENT AT CHECKOUT. ($50 replacement fee if not returned.) Parking is on street parking, located on N Peninsula Dr which is the street behind the apartment. The best place to find a parking spot is close to the intersection of Auditorium Blvd and N Peninsula Dr. You must park your car with the flow of traffic. Entry & exit: Check in is at 4pm or later unless already agreed upon an earlier time. There is no key to this apartment, only a keypad deadbolt on the front door. The access code for this home will be sent on the day of arrival. It is automatically programmed to start at exactly 4:00pm and expire at 10:00am on the day of checkout. Inside the house: No smoking on premises. If you must smoke, it is only allowed on the sidewalk by the street and nowhere else on the property. There will be plenty of towels and linens for your party during your stay. Movie rentals are not permitted and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay.
