Enjoy relaxing by the pool side in the outdoor dining area after a full day of fun scalloping & exploring the many springs of Crystal River & Homosassa! This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms & 1 King bedroom w/ 300mb/s Wi-Fi & a desk just in case you need to work in between time at the springs! The sunroom also has a queen size sofa bed for extra guests & a pack n play! A separate $25 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month. Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets. Noiseaware devices and Ring camera on site No local guests Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. stays of 28 nights or longer require a rental agreement signed before checkin, a copy of photo ID submitted to the host and a refundable $150 security deposit. Driveway Size: 2 car wide, fits 6 vehicle and can also fit trailers // 13ft wide and 35ft long NO PARKING IN THE FRONT YARD OR SIDE YARD AS THE SEPTIC TANK AND DRAIN FIELD ARE LOCATED THERE. We do not automatically heat the pool. If you'd like the pool heated, we charge $20 per night for pool heating and will heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runs from 8am to 8pm only. The pool is not eligible to be heated from April 1-September 30th. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. No cable is provided at this property. Bring your own streaming app logins if you'd like to watch cable TV from your subscription or streaming apps. Guests will have full access to the entire property with exception to the locked cleaner's cabinet. Having a vehicle will be ideal in this location. I am just a message away! Please don't park on the grass in the front yard. Entry & exit: Check in time is 4pm or later. There is no key with this house, only a keypad deadbolt. The keypad is black and has no numbers displayed. The door code will be sent to you on the day of checkin. (You may need to use the flashlight on your phone to see the numbers at night) Upon exiting, please press the "lock" symbol in the bottom right corner of the keypad in order to lock the deadbolt. Inside the house: Please be sure to lock up pets in their crate when leaving. Pets must be picked up after when using the bathroom in the lawn. The Roku stick is how you watch TV. Hit the power button on the Fire TV to turn the TV on & then hit the home button (it looks like a house symbol) on the Roku remote. Once on the home screen, scroll to the Spectrum App, click it and that is how you will watch cable TV on each TV. No Smoking on premises. If you must smoke, it is only allowed near the road and not near the property. The iron is in the laundry room & ironing board is located in the master bedroom closet. There is a hair dryer under the sink in the bathroom which can be used. There will be plenty of towels and linens for your party during their stay. Movie rentals are not permitted, and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay.
