PETS OK! Beach Paradise! Walk to Ocean Center & Beach PETS & BIKERS WELCOME! Come stay at our tropical oasis just 1 block to the beach, steps from the Ocean Center & 1 street from Main Street! Whether you are in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away! St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away! Take a day to explore! If you bring a pet, they must be well-behaved and fully trained. Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom on the lawn & when walking them. There is an outdoor shower with shower curtain enclosure that can be used as a second shower. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. The garage opens manually. Please inform the host when booking if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability. Driveway Size: 100ft long 10ft wide $20 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets. A separate $20 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month. No need to have to drive a car during your stay since you are in the heart of the beach with restaurants and entertainment galore! Always available via the App! (N Peninsula Dr) Proceed down N Peninsula Dr & pass through the second stop light which is Auditorium Dr and the home will be 4 houses down on the right. Parking: The driveway is on an incline. Room for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway depending on size along with a single car garage for a compact car. A trailer can also fit in the driveway, but would limit the amount of additional cars or trucks. Please reach out to me to ensure your trailer will fit. Please don’t block the sidewalk or park on the street unless coordinated with the host because the parking authority will ticket you. Entry & exit: Check in time is 4pm or later. There is no key with this house, only a keypad deadbolt. The keypad is black and has no numbers displayed. Type 4519 on the smart lock keypad and the door will unlock. (You may need to use the flashlight on your phone to see the numbers at night) Upon exiting, please press the "lock" symbol in the bottom right corner of the keypad in order to lock the deadbolt. Inside the house: Please be sure to lock up pets in their crate when leaving. Pets must be picked up after when using the bathroom in the lawn. No Smoking on premises. If you must smoke, it is only allowed on the sidewalk in front of the house and nowhere else on the property. There is a welcome booklet we have created on the dining room table which contains all need to know information about the house and our favorite things to do/see/eat in the area during your stay. The iron & ironing board is located in the master closet. There is a hair dryer under the sink in the bathroom which can be used. There will be plenty of towels and linens for your party during their stay and a beach buggy to tote your beach gear in the garage! Movie rentals are not permitted and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay.
