Cowboy Pool / Mini Golf / Walk 2 Beach & Ocean Center! Pets OK PET & BIKER FRIENDLY! Come stay at our tropical oasis just 1 block to the beach, steps from the Ocean Center & 1 street from Main Street! Whether you are in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away! St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away! Take a day to explore! If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The back yard is fenced in, so your dog can run freely! The second full bathroom is detached under the covered porch. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Please agreement required to be signed prior to check in for bookings. Garage is manual operation. Please give advance notice if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability as it is very small. Driveway: 14ft Wide x 30ft Long. 3 cars can fit, but a 4th can only fit if the other 3 are all compact cars. $20 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month Thursdays is when the pool technician services the pool. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. A separate $20 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month. You will have access to the whole house all to yourselves! WALK EVERYWHERE! It’s all just outside your front door!! No need to have to drive a car during your stay since you are in the heart of the beach with restaurants and entertainment galore! Our beachside neighborhood is quickly revitalizing and there are always many people walking around, enjoying their strolls and headed to the beach! This area is all about the beach life! Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage home with a fully fenced in back yard for your pets has a pool, putting green & everything you want for a relaxing Florida getaway! Washer and dryer in the home! 3-5 minute walk to the beach (1 block) $20 per pet per night. (N Peninsula Dr) Proceed down N Peninsula Dr until you get to the second stop light. Take a right on Auditorium Dr. Take your first left onto N Hollywood Ave and we are the second house on the left. Parking: The driveway is on an incline. Room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway depending on size along with a single car garage for a compact car. A small trailer can also fit in the driveway, but would limit the amount of additional cars or trucks. Please reach out to me to ensure your trailer will fit. Please don’t block the sidewalk. Entry & exit: Check in time is 4pm or later unless coordinated with the host otherwise. The door code will be sent to you on the day of checkin. There is no key with this house, only a keypad deadbolt. Press the home button first to wake up the keypad and then type your code. The door will unlock after the code is typed. When exiting the home, just press the lock symbol and the door will lock. Inside the house: Please be sure to lock up pets in their crate when leaving. Pets must be picked up after when using the bathroom in the lawn. No Smoking on premises. If you must smoke, it is only allowed on the sidewalk in front of the house and nowhere else on the property. There is a welcome booklet we have created on the dining room table which contains all need to know information about the house and our favorite things to do/see/eat in the area during your stay. *The stove is gas* and in order to use it, first turn the knob to pilot, let it stay in pilot for a few seconds until you see the flame light, then turn the knob to your preferred cooking temperature; turn the knob to off when done. There is a roll out twin size bed folded in the bunk bed room closet if needed. There is a beach cart to tote your beach gear in the garage! Movie rentals are not permitted and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay. The washing machine is in the detached bathroom under the porch.
