Important Notice • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. • Parking Notice: Please note that the license plate recognition camera may occasionally experience delays, which could cause brief access issues. Building management is working to improve this for a smoother guest experience. • Please note that the building amenities are managed by Station Park. If any amenities are out of order or under maintenance, Station Park is responsible for their upkeep. Some or all building amenities may not be available during your stay. • Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property. • Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit. • There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. • The swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. • The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal. 1) Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property. 2) Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. 3) Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. 4) Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. 5) Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned. 6) There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
