Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms * Sleeps in beds: 4 | Max occupancy: 6 * Primary bedroom (upper level): King bed with ensuite bathroom * Second bedroom (main level): Queen bed with hall bathroom access * Queen pull-out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping (linens provided) * For guest safety, Ballard Creek House has an exterior security camera monitoring the driveway. No cameras are located inside the home. Each sleeping space is designed for comfort and privacy, making it easy for everyone to rest and recharge. Outdoor Creekside Living Enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek from the spacious deck—an ideal spot for morning coffee, reading, or winding down in the evening. The peaceful setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. Please note: Guests must bring their own firewood if they plan to use the fire pit or fireplace. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee. Extended Stays Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. More than 31 days before arrival = full refund (minus travel insurance premium if purchased). 14–31 days before arrival = initial payment is forfeited. Within 14 days of arrival (or early departure/shortened stay) = all rent payments are forfeited, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes refunded as required.
