SLEEPING SPACES The main-floor premiere bedroom has a king-size bed and a gorgeous 4-piece ensuite, including a luxury soaker tub to ease away the stress of your day. There are two bedrooms are on the upper level and have queen-size beds. And another King bedroom with a 3 piece bathroom on the lower floor There is a powder room on the main floor and a 3-piece bathroom on the upper level. NOTE: Playpen/Highchair available upon request OUTSIDE Featuring a large back deck, lounge chairs, and fire table, it’s the perfect setting to relax and enjoy good company. Quickly whip up steaks and burgers on the gas BBQ. Keep your drinks cool and refreshing with the outdoor cooler. When dusk rolls around, make your way to the upper lounging area to catch breathtaking views of the sunset. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. NO Pets Allowed (Note: the owners have pets themselves-not allergy friendly) Parking is limited to 3 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.
