The space includes a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an entryway. Outside, you'll find a spacious yard with a deck, fire pit, hammock, picnic table, ping-pong table, cornhole set, and BBQ grill. Located in the heart of Bomoseen, Vermont, the home boasts lake views and a private grassy area with a boat launch and personal dock just down the road. Sleeping Arrangements: - Room 1: King bed - Room 2: Queen bed - Room 3: Bunk bed Come and enjoy a memorable stay by the lake! House Rules: - Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. - Our minimum rental age is 25. - Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. - We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. - Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. - You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. - For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the outside of the house. There are no cameras in any of the living areas. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
