It is essential that you read the details to ensure that your stay at this property will meet your expectations. Every property in the area is different. Regardless of which property you pick online, please check to make sure it has the amenities that you expect. Half mile rock drive way. There are some bumps. DRIVE SLOWLY. NO motorcycles. LOW DRIVING VEHICHLES not recommended. Some guests prefer having trucks or 4x4. Many guests state that they have no trouble in a standard sedan. We have large, directional signs pointing to the driveway. Four miles north of Eureka Springs. We love the neighbors in our woodland retreat! Deer, hawks, owls, pileated woodpeckers, wild hogs, turkeys and bobcats have been sighted on property. We always keep a respectful and quiet space for our nature locals. We are in stages of nature-scaping around the property. Please be kind to our natural spaces and treat is with eco-kindness. We are on septic please do not send grease or personal hygiene products down the drain. Open concept with an abundance of windows to bring nature to your stay. Our glass room offers tranquility and a birds eye view of, well, the birds and other small woodland creatures. Feel free to roam the land, wander by the creek, look for flowers and ferns. We have a seasonal wildflower garden that is welcome to your own bouquets if you feel so inspired. We ask for you to enjoy our woodland with wonder and respect. Very little light pollution offers a great view of the stars from around the fire pit. We welcome you to our nature retreat and hope you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived. Master Bedroom: One queen bed, one twin bed. Enjoy twin as a cozy nook or use for additional sleeping arrangements. Both beds are in the master bedroom. Bedroom 2: Downstairs, queen bed, off of recreation room. Opens to outdoor patio and backyard. Bedroom 3: Downstairs, queen bed, off of recreation room. Kitchen: No food or grease down the drains. There is a strainer built into the sink. Screw all the way down to hold water, unscrew to remove strainer and empty contents. No food or drink on wood counter top. Well water (we love it)- bring bottled water if you prefer Coffee, sugar and creamer provided. Living room: Games on coat rack shelving area Window room: Enjoy the binoculars Feed the squirrels and birds with birdseed provided. Fill the basket on the picnic table on the deck rail for fun squirrel watching. TV's: ROKU TV with guest mode in every bedroom. Will log you out of all your video apps upon check-out date. Master bath: Bluetooth speaker Curtain available for shower window if preferred DO NO flush personal hygiene products. Trash Leave trash in two bins by carport. Please be sure to secure the lids so the racoons do not make a big mess. Trash pick-up is Tuesday afternoon between 2-4. Please be extra aware on the driveway during those times as it is a one way lane. Outdoors: Feel free to wander at your own risk. There are several trails throughout the property. Be aware of hogs and other wild life. Please do not enter any of the outbuildings. There are several small outbuildings and a cabin on property which are for owner use/access only. Please do not rearrange or move furniture, decorations and other household items. Items are placed thoughtfully throughout the home to ensure each guests receives the benefits of each item. If items/furniture are found moved and rearranged, there will be a $150.00 fee assessed to replace items where they belong.
