Down a private road, past horse pastures and around the bend, your child within will be thrilled when you arrive at the Treehouse. The stream rushes by a large yard with swing set, foot bridge, and stone benches and table for outside dining. A true respite from the outside world. Mount Timpanogos stands proudly over Sundance Resort, just a five minute drive, where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. The Treehouse has two separate levels and entrances and works great for two families who want their own space. The upper level is a bit larger than downstairs, complete with living room, wood burning stove, large windows and doors to the main deck, dining room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a hall bathroom. A door from the kitchen leads out to the upper deck with a grill and stairs down to the yard, porch swing, and swing set. The sliding glass door from the living room walks out to a deck with hot tub. The downstairs offers a living room with sleeper sofa, queen bedroom with bathroom, and kitchenette. A one of a kind place, there are lots of things to do here: walk to the edge of the stream and cool your feet, lounge in the grass, and watch chipmunks in the trees and clouds in the sky. In winter have a snowball fight and make snow angels. Any season, it’s picture perfect. Room details and layout  Top level has a hall bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with a full bed with a twin bunk bed over it.  Downstairs has a queen bedroom with bathroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  See if you can locate the “trap door” with a ladder that connects the two levels! You will have this dwelling to yourself along with a large yard. Parking can accommodate 3 cars. We also have the availability to offer RV parking for additional guests, please inquire. If you’re looking to book multiple properties close to each other, Cottage on the Stream, Hideaway Above the Stream, the Log Cabin on the Stream, and the Treehouse on the Stream are all neighbors to each other. Winter conditions November through April. AWD or 4WD required. After booking, guests will receive a secure guest portal where a short rental agreement must be completed before check-in details are shared. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in instructions are released.
