Niagara Bike Trails, Golfing, Wineries

Centrally located in Niagara, ground level apartment in a rural home setting on an acre, with rear entrance on private patio. It's just a 10-minute drive to the amenities of Niagara Falls, wine country and golfing. Private entrance and patio deck, queen bed, twin sofa bed. WIFI, Roku, equipped kitchenette with small fridge and small appliances located on cyclist's route, hiking trails and Welland Canal. The space Guests will be staying in an aprox 350sq' , two room ground level private suite attached to our home in a rural neighborhood. There is a queen size bed in private separate suite with a private washroom. A twin sofa bed in a private living room. Kitchenette for light cooking with small fridge, sink & microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crock pot, and small air fryer. Included is Roku TV . There is a private entrance with a patio deck for relaxation with walking trails along the canal. Guest access Two guests allowed per booking, up to a third guest at an additional charge per night. Not a child proof home, so not suited for children. Guests may enjoy the backyard with their dog, at their own discretion. Not a fenced yard. Guests are welcome to enjoy their vape or drink on their private porch. We also need to let you know our property is on an acre only, up to the shed- tree line, and over to the hill berm. The land behind this is private property of our neighbors. We have no fencing between properties. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbour’s land. Our neighborhood is a big dog walking community and biking/ walking trails along the canal. Dirt paths on this side, and across the bridge are paved which brings you to the main bike trails to downtown Welland, and Downtown Thorold or to the further communities like Port Colborne. We have guests that bring their peddle/electric bikes to enjoy these bike trails. Ten minutes south on the paved trail there is a bike ferry in the small community of Port Robinson where you can cross over, and enjoy the local restaurant and patio. Other things to note We will provide you with a keyless entry code on your day of arrival. We do provide your own private kitchenette for light cooking, so you can personally stock your own foods. We provide coffee & tea. Milk, cereal, sweetner, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, hot plate with pans, electric griddle, crock pot. small fridge, no stove. Your pet is welcome. (small or medium size non aggressive dogs only)Please notify us if you are bringing a pet. Please crate them if you think they will do damage while you leave them in suite. We supply a few dog toys, bowls, and pet towel. located in drawer below fridge. Leash is best, as there are cats and neighbour’s dogs. Any other questions, we'll be happy to answer you.
