The space The house comfortably accommodates two guests in a double bedroom featuring an open wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with sea views. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, washing machine, and complimentary toiletries. The bright and welcoming living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, moka pot, American coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. A dining table, comfortable sofa, and Smart TV complete the space. High-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi makes it perfect for remote work.​ Guest access Our attention is always focused on meeting the needs of our guests. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. A late check-in after 9:00 PM can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests will be required to present a valid identification document for registration, unless it has already been provided in advance, in accordance with current regulations. The tourist tax, which is not included in the accommodation rate, must be paid in cash upon arrival. The tax applies from April 1st to October 31st and amounts to €3.00 per person per night (minors are exempt from payment), up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The house can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes from the main square of Torca, by walking along a charming uphill street.
