Suofutis: even a larger group can be accommodated well when the yard fences are put into use. The barns are available by separate agreement. The cottage has received good feedback on its elegance and good level of equipment. In the yard, there is a cage for dogs and a Jämpti dog kennel. TV includes IPTV app and Netflix. The space There are 2 bedrooms, there are beds for five. One bedroom (2 persons) has a double bed and the other bedroom (3 persons) has a double bed, a single bed and a bed suitable for a child. The cabin also has a traditional wooden bed. Pets are allowed. In the spring, summer and autumn, there is a dog cage in the yard with a Jämpti dog house. Equipped with all the necessary dishes, pots and kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, cold and hot water and bed linen. The toilet has a shower. There are heating plugs for cars. Heating is provided by electric radiators in all rooms. In addition, the cabin has a baking oven and a wood stove, and the other bedroom has a fireplace. The toilet has underfloor heating. In cold weather, the tenant should heat the baking oven if necessary, the owner will advise on this. Or I'll arrange for the oven to be heated as agreed, of course, there's no extra charge for this. Outside there is a yard sauna with a wood stove. The yard sauna's shower room has a masonry stove where the washing water is heated. The dressing room has an infrared heater for winter frost. There are flaps in the annex. There is also a barbecue canopy outside with a fireplace. Outside, during the summer season, there is an old log cabin for rent with a double bed for 2 people. The Ukkohalla mountain bike trail can be accessed by road, directly from the yard. The property is available on the day of arrival at 4 pm, departure by 12 pm. Leave the cottage tidy and cleaned. (final cleaning from 90 e) Bring your own linens. Or book linen, i.e. sheets and towels for 15 euros/person. There is also a Loma-Laattaja log cabin nearby, which can accommodate 1-11 people. This way, a larger group can stay in these two places at the same time. Latvajärvi, 3 km away, has a beach and a boat. Guest access The entire cottage and yard areas are freely available to tenants. Ask Hanna for the key cabinet code in advance. The cottage is located in the center of the Hyrynsalmi-Puolanka-Suomussalmi area, near Ukkohalla. So you can easily get to the cottage along asphalt roads.
