It is modern in design and furnishings, located in a quiet neighbourhood and central to most major areas. For the business traveller, wi-fi connection and easy accessibility to the central business district. For families, you can ‘Netflix and Chill’. For the vacationer, 10 mins to Bob Marley Museum or 35 to Port Royal. PLS INQUIRE FOR 5 OR MORE The space The space is a 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living and dining area. The bedroom and bathroom are separated from the other areas by a small set steps which affords privacy if you have visitors. The a/c is located in the bedroom only but there is a fan in the living/ dining area. The apt is located on a small rise above the Liguanea Plains and is therefore typically cool even during summer months. The kitchenette is very small but is equipped to prepare a full meal: fridge, stove/ oven, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils and silverware. It has a patio with minimal view due to the recent construction of a gym (not available to guests). It can accommodate up to 4 persons with the options of: 1. king bed and 2 twin bunk style beds 2. Four (4) twins beds w 2 being bunk style beds. On booking for 2 or less, 1 king bed will be given unless 2 twin beds beds are requested. Beds are added as guest count increases. Note the bunk beds are ONLY provided for 3 or more guests. It is ideal for small gatherings for bachelorette parties or groups of friends, families with young children or just 4 guests who are comfortable sharing one bedroom. This is a basement unit but living/ dining rooms are located where there is a view. Guest access There are 4 individual units on the property that are in the same building, all with their own private access. In addition to a fully furnished 1 bedroom, guests have to: - the backyard - the pool and sun deck - 1 parking space ONLY. The remaining spaces are for other guests. Additional parking can be had street side (just outside the gates). Other things to note - Each guest after 2 attracts a cost - Early check-in from 7am is USD$40 and from 11am it's USD$25 per room - A complimentary linen change is given for stays more than 7 days. Otherwise, a set of sheets is for US$20 and towels $10 - There are 2.5 flights of stairs down from the driveway - The pool is cold and jacuzzi isn't operational - Hot water in shower only - Laundry service is $15 to wash & $15 to dry per load. Laundry service must be scheduled prior to use and only if the machines are available. - Kindly turn off the fan, a/c, lights and TV when not in use or leaving Thank you!
