The Stable at Seven Springs Mountain Resort

Welcome to The Stable, a historic home near Seven Springs Mountain Resort that once served as a horse stable. This 9 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 21 people & is located just 3 miles from the resort. With an abundance of outdoor activities like golfing, skiing & snowboarding, swimming, hiking, and biking (just to name a few); plus festivals, state parks, sightseeing, spas, & restaurants and bars, there is entertainment for everyone in the Laurel Highlands. Don't miss out- book today! The space As you enter the The Stable, you'll step into the entryway. Off the entryway to your left is a half bathroom, and to your right, a bedroom. Bedroom 1 features a full size bed, large closet, and dresser for clothing storage. Stroll through the entryway into the main living area. You'll be greeted with the large open concept floor plan and massive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that commands the room. To the left is the spacious kitchen where guests can prepare a feast. Also on your left is the dining area that can seat 12 people comfortably. Surrounding the central living area are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is on the left near the dining area. It features a full size bed and access to a jack-and-jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 is immediately to the right of bedroom 2. It offers sleeping accommodations for 2 people with 2 twin size beds. Bedroom 4 is on the right of bedroom 3 and also has two twin size beds. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 5, which features a full size bed. Bedroom 5 is located on the right side of the house near the fireplace. Downstairs, the finished basement is set up in a similar manner. As you walk down the stairs you'll be greeted with a large open living area and a second stone fireplace. There is also a second kitchen and dining area that can seat 6-8 people. On the left are two bedrooms. Bedroom 6 features a full bed and a twin size bed. It also has a dry sauna. Bedroom 6 has access to the jack-and-jill bathroom that is shared with bedroom 7. Bedroom 7 has two twin size beds. On the right side of the basement are two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 8 is closest to the kitchen/dining area and has a full size bed. Bedroom 9 is near the fireplace and has a set of bunk beds. A jack-and-jill bathroom is shared between the two. This bathroom is the only one in the house with a bathtub. Off the basement kitchen/dining area is a concrete patio with a stone charcoal or wood burning grill. A fire pit is out in the yard. Guest access Guests may enjoy the entire chalet to themselves. Other things to note Firewood is provided for the wood-burning fireplaces and outdoor fire pit. Snow shoveling and plowing services are also provided in the winter as needed. This home does not have access to resort swimming pools or shuttle bus services. Guests are permitted to use other resort amenities at their own expense.
