Our apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, 5 minutes by car, and the bus stop is right outside the building. It's completely renovated: two bedrooms with queen-size beds, air conditioning, and a large 50 m² terrace with sea views from the living room. There is everything you need (Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.), and a swimming pool in the building. Private parking Everything is here for a pleasant stay on the French Riviera. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (out of 4) with an elevator and offers a lovely sea view. The air-conditioned living room features a large sofa and two armchairs, perfect for enjoying the Philips Ambilight LED TV indoors or relaxing outdoors on the enclosed terrace with its awnings. You'll also find a large table and outdoor chairs, ideal for setting up your desk or enjoying meals outside. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, food processor, and all necessary cooking utensils. A dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer are also provided, along with a large table and six chairs. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm and 180x200 cm). You will enjoy ample storage space in the apartment, as well as a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. A hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided. You have access to the residence's swimming pool during opening dates (May to September)(swimsuits shorts are prohibited for men).. Bed linens, bath towels are included. Private and secured parking. Please take out your trash before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. • Pets are not allowed. • Parties and events are not permitted. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the apartment. We would appreciate it if you could respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a MINUT connected noise detector. Guest access A representative will greet you and provide you with the keys, access badges for the parking and swimming pool, and conduct a check-in inventory. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to approval and will incur an additional charge of €50, payable upon arrival. Other things to note Please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition upon your departure.
