Located 430 km northwest of Rovaniemi, in the Salmivaara area of Kilpisjärvi, the lakeshore is approximately 500 m away, shared with others, with a road between the cabin and the shore. There is a marina and boat launch 500 m away, and a shared lean-to shelter in the area. A private rowing boat is available. A Honda 5 hp (four-stroke) outboard motor can be rented; guests provide their own fuel. Contact the owner for more details and rental. The villa, built from lämpöhirsitalo, was completed in 2022. It features a large and bright combined kitchen/living room. One bedroom has a 2 m wide motorized double bed with views of Saana Fell, and the other bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed. There is a separate WC with a shower and a utility room. Kitchen equipment includes an air fryer. The sauna section includes a steam room, washroom, sauna lounge, and WC. The sauna lounge has a sofa bed and a 55" smart TV, and the washroom has two showers. Access to the sauna section is via the covered terrace. The covered terrace extends along two sides of the villa, totaling about 80 m². There is a carport for two cars and an outdoor storage room. An electric car charging point is available for an additional fee (based on consumption, to be arranged with the owner). A grill shelter with a skylight is available.
