The house is situated off the very desirable Daymer Lane (a cul-de sac to the beach)-There is parking for 3 cars next to the house which was part of the Daymer Bay Hotel of old when I bought it in 1972. The kitchen & dining room have just been extensively modernised into a lovely contemporary space.There is a gate entrance to the front lawn with garden furniture, barbecue, privacy & sun! Entry is through gates at the rear of the property into a small slated yard area off which is a loo/shower block for people coming off the beach and entrance door to kitchen and scullery. Daymer Bay is considered a very favoured & exclusive location-the beach is safe, sunny disposition and renowned for wind surfing.
