This listing is for one single room in a quiet Queens neighborhood. *There are two bedrooms available to book. The other bedroom is listed under: Queens home in quiet neighborhood.* Single room is $55 per night. 20 minute drive from JFK airport and close to public transportation to take you into Manhattan (about 55 minutes away). Check in between 5 pm and 10 pm. Check out by 10am. *non-smoking house* The space House is in residential area in Saint Albans, Queens. It has a front yard and back yard, as well as a balcony. Each bedroom has a single bed, desk, and closet, with access to a shared bathroom. We have no indoor pets, and unfortunately guests' pets are not allowed. Guest access Guest will have access to private room, shared bathroom, and shared dining room and living room. During your stay My husband and I will be residing in the home as well, and will be available to answer any questions and suggestions about your stay in New York City!
