It is a two-story house, I live in the upper part and rent the lower part and the entire leisure area, the entrances are independent and except for the laundry room, none of the rooms are shared. This third bedroom has an internal partition that separates the bedroom into two parts, one with two full beds and the other with two twin beds, thus providing privacy for families when sleeping or resting.
