Both accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with direct access to the two porches. The first accommodation (MAIELLA HOUSE) is a cozy duplex with comfortable rooms and a splendid panoramic view of the Maiella and the Adriatic Sea. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom. An additional bunk bed is also available inside the room. The accommodation has a fireplace, which makes the environment cozy even in the cooler seasons and particularly warm in the colder months of the year. The second accommodation (ADRIATIC HOUSE) is a larger duplex, ideal for families or groups, and has three bedrooms, arranged as follows: 1) Spacious room with a double bed and a private bathroom, located on the ground floor. An additional single bed is also available inside the room. 2) Room with double bed and private bathroom, located on the first floor. This room is also equipped with two additional sets of bunk beds. 3) Another room with a double bed and a private bathroom, located on the second floor.
