Lakefront Getaway | Private Dock + Kayaks

We've created Lakefront Getaway for all indoor/outdoor lovers who want to enjoy nature fully, have lots of fun, and relax after a long day. Our place is surrounded by beautiful trees while overlooking Lake Windsor. You will enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the lake. The 50-mile trail is right outside our neighborhood and connects to the Back 40 trail. Pets are welcome in our home! We have a pet fee, please see house rules for more details. The space What I like about our townhouse is, it's quiet but it is close to all your basic needs. Like grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, wine stores, banks, and fast-food restaurants. We have a lovely 2 story townhouse with a private deck on both floors, private lake access to the dock. THE FIRST LEVEL is an open space with a 'seasonal' lake view from the dining and living area. A half bath/ powder room and a storage room for all your adventure equipment. We also have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Comes with: -Electric Stove - Pots/Pans/Baking pans -Serving utensils - Grilling tongs - Full set of knives - Oven -Small Electric grill - Dishwasher - Microwave - Toaster, waffle maker - Serving Dishes - Glassware/Dinnerware/Bakeware -Coffee Maker with coffee, sugar and we also have teas. -Kids' dinnerware -Paper Towel -Cleaning stuff -under the kitchen sink -liquid dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods THE LIVING SPACE: -Roku T.V, WIFI -Board games -Books and magazines -Sectional couch SECOND LEVEL/DOWNSTAIRS: we have 2 clean and cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. A washer and a Dryer. Master bedroom or what we call "The blue bedroom" has a very comfy king-size bed. It has its own private deck and its own stairs to easily access the lake/dock and walking trail. It has a blue accent wall and white background to mimic the breezy, light sky, and airy feel of the outside scenery. We have a few books, and magazines to keep you entertained all day long if the weather is not permitting you to be outside. Plus a full-length mirror. The 2nd bedroom or what we call "The Green bedroom" has a green accent wall to let the trees, the grass, and nature in from the outside. You will love the cozy queen beds, blankets, and pillows. It will surely make you feel like you are on vacation. It has its own skylight so you'll never feel like you are trapped in a dark room. You will also have a lounging chair, books, and magazines. You will also have your own vanity table/desk with lights for getting ready on special occasions or just a normal day or an extra workspace. The 2nd bedroom has a small storage room. It has all the extra pillows, extra bed sheets, and extra bath towels. Again we only have one full bathroom. We do provide: -Shampoo -Body wash -Soap -Toiletries -Cotton balls -Towel-set -Hairdryer For washer and Dryer - We do not provide Liquid Laundry Detergent. Thank you! Guest access 1. You have access to all the amenities inside the house plus access to a private dock exclusive to the lakefront getaway! 2. You need a guest card to access Bella Vista lakes and Bella Vista recreational facilities. The amenities that need guest cards are lake access -fishing, swimming, lounging by the lakes, kayaking, paddleboard, and boat rentals. Recreational facilities - pools, gym, public hot tub. If you are planning to access any amenities mentioned, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide them before you check in. There are no fees for obtaining a guest pass/card, you just have to provide us : 1. "All" the guests' complete name 2. City and state of where you're from 3. An Email where we can send them. 3. You do NOT need a guest pass on walking/biking trails, tennis, and golf courses. 4. Guests' passes /cards are NOT free passes to access Bella Vista amenities - still have to pay the necessary fees to use the amenities. 5. There is no private fenced backyard for your pets. You have to walk them where there is grass which is very plentiful in the neighborhood. Other things to note Note: (1) There's a LOT of stairs going to the lake. So please take note of this, we do not want to discourage you from staying with us but this could be challenging for some people. (2) Lovely Seniors/friends - please note that this property has a lot of stairs* inside and outside and is not accessible for people with physical disabilities. (3) We have a pet fee of $20/night/pet (4) We have a kayak fee of $70 for your entire stay. (5) If you are out of state, know that Arkansas State does not sell liquor on Sundays. (6) Bedrooms are downstairs/basement. living and dining are upstairs. (7) We do not have a private fenced-in backyard. (8) We are no longer providing laundry detergent, creamer, and conditioner. Please don't forget to bring your own. t.y
