The elegant villa, in a large park with private pool/relaxation area, BBQ/pizza oven, was built in stone in the style of the typical Salento pajare. Renovated in 2024 with the addition of a new kitchen with a 40 sqm island, it is finely furnished and leased to families. Easily accessible from the airports, it is ideal for visiting the beautiful beaches of the Gallipolino coast The space From the front door on the north side, you can access a large living area with a dining table and a living room with two sofas, positioned in front of a large corner fireplace. From this area you can access (a) a guest bathroom, (b) on the east side to a new semi-professional independent kitchen (38 sqm, built in the spring of 2024) equipped with a cooking island and double external access to the garden to the north and south from the side of the rear patio, (c) to the sleeping area, (d) to the west to a large patio facing the pool, equipped with a long stone sofa and relaxing armchairs, outdoor dining table for 10 people, outdoor kitchen area. From the living area you can access the sleeping area through a small hallway. There are 4 double bedrooms for a total of 8 beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 king-size bed, desk, en-suite bathroom with bidet and large shower, French window for access to the rear patio. The other three bedrooms are respectively equipped with a king-size bed 180x200, queen-size bed 160x200 and two single beds (in the latter, the beds can be rearranged/combined as a queen-size bed). The three bedrooms are served by a bathroom with bidet and shower. Access is via automatic gate from the north entrance of the villa. The villa enjoys absolute independence and privacy and is well separated from the Frangipani Dependance by a gate that delimits and separates the two parts of the property. Those who occupy the Annex have absolutely no access to the villa's facilities (swimming pool, BBQ area, etc. as indicated above) and have their own dedicated part of the park with a separate entrance to the south. However, we do not accept groups of young friends who intend to stay together to share the expenses of the villa. Guests are responsible for cleaning the house, patio and pool during their stay. A light cleaning and linen change is carried out once a week. “Reasonable” consumption is included.
