Easily accessible from the airports, it is ideal for visiting the beautiful beaches of the Gallipolino coast The space From the front door on the north side, you can access a large living area with a dining table and a living room with two sofas, positioned in front of a large corner fireplace. From this area you can access (a) a guest bathroom, (b) on the east side to a new semi-professional independent kitchen (38 sqm, built in the spring of 2024) equipped with a cooking island and double external access to the garden to the north and south from the side of the rear patio, (c) to the sleeping area, (d) to the west to a large patio facing the pool, equipped with a long stone sofa and relaxing armchairs, outdoor dining table for 10 people, outdoor kitchen area. From the living area you can access the sleeping area through a small hallway. There are 4 double bedrooms for a total of 8 beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 king-size bed, desk, en-suite bathroom with bidet and large shower, French window for access to the rear patio.
