Bortelid: Newer cabin with panoramic views

New and modern cabin with everything you need, and amazing views! The cabin is located in a new cabin area, in a dead end road with little traffic about 4 km from the ski resort and grocery store. In winter, ski slopes are run nearby, and there is a great sledding hill here. The cabin is perfect for one to two families, up to 8 people. Here there are opportunities for both cross-country and alpine skiing in winter, and great hiking terrain with many fishing waters the rest of the year. The terrace is south-west facing, and has good sun conditions all year round. The space The cabin is about 100 sqm and has 8 beds + a cot (travel bed). The cabin has a spacious living room/kitchen with high ceilings and panoramic views through large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob, as well as regular kitchen utensils and tableware for 12. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs for 8 people and in the living room there is a lounge with sofas (2 + 3 seats) and 2 armchairs. There is a TV in the living room with Chromecast and wireless network from Altibox fiber cable. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace with unobstructed views to the south and west. Three large bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. There is also a baby bed (travel bed) available upon request. The cabin is non-smoking and unfortunately we do not allow animals. Guest access The tenant is responsible for bringing their own bed linen and towels. The tenant shall clean the cabin after use, and leave it in the same condition as on arrival. Additional services that can be ordered in advance of the rental period: - Bed linen and towels, NOK 100 per person - Cleaning of the cabin, NOK 1,800 Other things to note Electricity is in addition to the rent and is invoiced based on the spot price for the rental period.
